Using bluetooth gps with android tablet - skydemon not seeing satellites

Skydemon works well as a flight planner on my Asus Transformer Prime - but the GPS it doesn't work as the case aluminium (stupid mistake!). I've now got a Copilot Bluetooth GPS (identifies itself as BT-GPS-375F51).
